We work on 1–2 tasks at a time, in priority order. Queue as many as you need. Most tasks take 2–3 business days. Bigger work (full brand, site builds, campaigns) takes longer. We agree on timing before we start.
A social post template, pitch deck update, website copy, campaign assets — basically any distinct piece of work. If you're not sure if something counts as one task or three, feel free to ask.
Absolutely! Pause whenever you don't need us, come back when you do. Cancel with one month's notice. No questions asked, no penalties, and no guilt trips.

We mostly communicate through Slack for quick updates and feedback. For project briefs and deliverables, we use Notion. When we need to talk something through or plan, we do video calls or in-person meetings.
